I have come to Aaron for various injuries for 3 years now. He has treated me for shoulder strain, elbow tendinopathy, and a groin strain. I partake in various physical activities (lifting, running, basketball, boxing) in high volume, so injuries are likely to occur. When I experience physical pain, I usually wait about a month before I seek help - but if I do not make progress by then, I give Aaron a call.
During the first session, he does an assessment on the pain and instantly identifies the issue. This is followed by some exercises and hands-on manual therapy around the injured area. At the end of the session, he gives me a comprehensive list of exercises that expedite the healing process, and educates me on the cause of the injury and how to prevent it from recurring. After only the first day of physical therapy (on all three occasions), I felt 70% better the following morning.
